Vinification & aging: Malolactic fermentation in concrete tanks. Maturing and aging 100% in Slavonian oak Cask for 24 months. Min. 3 months in bottle.

Grapes: 100% Sangiovese

Vinification & aging: The wine spends 20 months in oak barrels,  followed by four months in barriques and a further six months in the bottle. It is released for sale five years after harvesting.
